These pieces are fun and whimsical, usually all told with a single line of thread. The story unravels as the viewer follows the rhythm of the piece. Hidden details, words and images are all brought together to make a completely unique and special stitched artwork which captures a special day or person.

I love stitching house’s from life, sitting in gardens and finding the colours and details of a building, however when en situ is not possible, I can work from photographs. My stitching style lends its self well to architecture and I would love to celebrate your home in stitches.

Meeting new people and discovering different personalities is one of the biggest reasons I love my job. When stitching a portrait from life or a Zoom call is not possible, I can work from photographs. It helps me enormously to receive multiple photos and a paragraph of writing about the person I am portraying in stitch.
